2. Add to Cart: Click on the desired product and select "Add to Cart." Repeat for all the items you want to purchase.
3. Review Your Cart: Once you've added all your items, click on the cart icon to review your selections.
4. Proceed to Checkout: Click "Checkout" and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
5. Confirm Your Order: Review your order details and click "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
6. Receive Confirmation: You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Please note that:

• Products marked "In Stock" will be available for collection from an hour after purchasing.
• To avoid disappointment, contact bits & bytes about a product's availability prior to placing your order on products marked as "Out of Stock", "Available on Order" or "In-Store Purchase".

1. Place the order online: Browse our website, add your desired items to the cart, and complete the checkout process, by selecting "Order & Collect - Store Pickup" as Shipping Method.
2. Receive Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email with order details.
3. Ready for pickup: You'll receive another email stating that the order is prepared and ready for pickup.
4. Pick Up Your Items: Visit our store in Birkirkara during opening hours, at your convenience to collect your order. Proof of purchase must be shown in store for collection.
5. 7-Day Hold: We'll hold your items for 7 working days from the date of your order. If you cannot pickup your order within this timeframe, please contact us.

• For items marked "In Stock", deliveries will be made within 2 working days of purchase.
• For items marked "Out of Stock" and "Available on Order", an estimated day of delivery will be given upon order. To avoid disappointment, contact bits & bytes about a product’s availability prior to placing your order.
• Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
• Delivery Costs:
  • For orders under €100: €5 charge, conditional on the order’s volume & weight.
  • For orders over €100: Free, conditional on the order’s volume & weight.
  • Please note that deliveries do not include installation. Installation service, if requested can be provided at a fee.
• Deliveries are done to ground floor and do not include lifter services/charges.

If you want delivery outside of Malta, please contact us with items needed and delivery detials so we quote shipping cost. Since Shipphing cost is calculated, depending on the order’s weight and delivery location.
